CentriKid Camp - Day 4

The last full day of camp was great. Campers scattered on the recreation field completing a variety of crazy and sometimes messy tasks in an campwide event called OMC, which stands for Organized Mass Chaos.
Our group had some time in the pool, and we were grateful for nice weather and some relief from the heat in the afternoon.
The kids recalled a lot from their morning Bible study on Joseph during our RRC church group time which led to some good discussion. We ended the night with a worship service and performance by some of our campers on stage.
It has been a great week of worship and fellowship. Pray for our safe return home.

CentriKid Camp - Day 2

Day two of camp was full of activities. Kids started the day with a good breakfast (Stay away from the yogurt, though...just ask Cole). They studied God's Word during morning devotion. They spent some time in the warm Florida sun at recreation, ate lunch, then broke up into their individual activities. The evening worship service was powerful and the kids got to shake out the rest of their energy during the nightly party. It was a great day and we're looking forward to another one tomorrow. CentriKid Camp - Day 1

The caravan from Raiford Road arrived safely at Lake Yale with only one bathroom break in between. Campers enjoyed a game of tug of war (boys 1, girls 0), got sorted and settled into their rooms, chose activities for the week, ate a delicious dinner of salad, ham and country fried something and ended the day with an opening ceremony bash. Final Day

As was the case last year, I was too tired and too sad to immediately post the final camp message...here it is, a week later.
These pictures are from Thursday night and Friday morning. On Thursday night, after church group devotions and worship there was a party that consisted of a talent show. All campers who took tracs that taught performance type skills during the week got to show the entire group what they learned.
Thank you, parents, for allowing us to take part in ministering to your children for the week. As always, I believe the chaperones got the biggest blessing!
